How do I know that the order is confirmed?

Each order will be accompanied by an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, please check your spam inbox, if not, please contact us and we will be happy to resend it.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for various occasions. Please order 3 weeks in advance. Please feel free to send in your enquiries and we will send you a quotation within 2 days for your confirmation.

Does the quotation have an effective date?

The quotation is valid within 14 days from the date of quotation.

Do you accept multiple locations/addresses?

Please contact us after placing the order. Please note that additional delivery fees need to be paid.

Do you accept any changes to my order?

We accept changes within the same day from the date of order confirmation.

Do you accept cancellations?

We do not accept any cancellation or return, exchange, and/or refund of any sold product unless we make an error (product, packaging, or product handling). All orders are final orders.

Do you have Halal certification?

Sorry, we are not a halal certified kitchen.

What is the best way to store cookies?

Cookies can be stored in an airtight container (such as Tupperware)  for up to 3 days at room temperature. Store each flavour in its own container.
Store in the refrigerator for 5 days. Immediately reheat the cookies in the oven or air fryer at about 160°C for 3-5 minutes. Depends on your oven/air fryer type.
